Today, we had a Christmas children's play in the church. We sang a hymn at the beginning of the play. My husband was playing the harmonica. He practiced hard, and finally, he was a member of the singing team.
오늘은 교회에서 크리스마스 어린이 연극을 했다. 연극이 시작되기 찬양곡을 불렀다. 남편은 하모니카를 연주하고 계셨다. 열심히 연습을 하시더니 결국 찬양팀의 일원으로 연주를 하는 모습이 보기 좋았다.
At the end of the singing team's performance, the young children were on stage.
찬양팀의 연주가 끝이나자 어린 아이들이 무대위에 서게 되었다.
The cute boys and girls looked lovely. They sang a powerful song and were cute.
Now, shall we see their choir skills?
귀여운 아가들의 모습이 사랑스러웠다. 노래를 힘있게 불러 주는 모습이 귀여웠다.

This is a clip of the 2018 Christmas children's play sponsored by the our church. One characteristic of American Christmas church plays are that they arrange songs that are easy for children to follow in a musical form. It was a musical-style play in which the two fields were harmonized, starting with the opening of the first chorus and starting with a full-scale play.
2018년도 교회에서 협찬한 크리스마스 어린이 성극을 이렇게 일부 촬영한 부분을 올려본다. 미국의 크리스마스 교회 성극의 특징이라면 뮤지컬 형식으로 해서 아이들이 따라 부르기 쉬운 곡을 편곡해서 불러 준다는 점이다. 처음 합창곡이 오프닝으로 시작되고 본격적 연극이 시작 되면서 노래와 연극 이렇게 두 분야가 조화를 이룬 뮤지컬 형식의 연극이였다.
I felt as if I was watching a cute little children's party. Children's bright smiles always bring joy. Even in the Bible, Jesus said, "If you have faith like children, you will enter heaven." On this special day, I would like to thank the children for the gift that made them feel happy for a while.
귀여운 어린아이들의 재롱잔치를 보는듯한 기분이 들었다. 늘 아이들의 밝은 미소는 기쁨을 안겨다 준다. 성경 말씀에도 아이들 같은 믿음이 있으면 천국을 들어 간다고 하지 않았던가. 이렇게 특별한 날에 잠시의 행복을 느끼게 해주었던 고마운 선물을 안겨준 아이들에게 감사를 전한다.
