Imagine Dragons (상상의 용)이라는 밴드는 미국의 얼트네이티브 밴드로서 대학시절의 음악전공을 한 보컬리스트와 드럼머의 만남으로 인해서 형성된 밴드라고한다. 그들은 네바다주의 라스베가스 출신으로 알려져 있으며, 창단 맴버중에서 전속적으로 그룹에 남아 있는 이는 바로 그룹을 창단한 보컬리스트 뿐이라고한다. 그들이 본격적으로 히트를 하게된것은 2012년도 Night Visions, 앨범을 통해서 빌보트 록차트 200안에 진입하고, 더 놀라운것은 그들의 노래가 빌보트의 차트2위를 석권하는 귀염을 토해내기도했다.승승장구해서 2013년도 연말에는 록의 최고히트를 날린 밴드로 알려졌으며, 여전히 빌보트차트의 정상을 노리고 있는 밴드이다.
