겨울비가 내리는 오늘날 방탄소년단의 노래가 생각났다. 방탄소년단이 미국 라디오 프로그램에서 팬들과 전화연결이 되었다. 미국팬은 방탄의 음악을 좋아한다고 하면서 영어로 앨범을 내놓았으면 좋겠다고 말했었다. 필자가 소개할 노래는 방탄소년단이 영어로 녹음한 곡을 선곡해 본다.

미국의 DJ이자 프로듀스로 알려진 Steve Aoki가 방탄소년단과 공동작업을 한 노래였다. 위의 곡은 그의 다섯번째 스튜디오앨범인 "Neon Future III"에 수록된 곡이였다. 방탄소년단 맴버들의 보컬이 하나로 모여서 멋진 사운드를 보여주고 있었다. 마치 시냇물을 따라서 오솔길을 걸어가는 기분이 드는 노래였다.

아델의 "Someone Like You"노래를 뷔가 멋지게 커버를 해주고 있었다. 마치 아델이 남자로 환생해서 불러주는 노래로 들린다. 그의 감수성이 새로운 느낌으로 다가온 노래였다. 슬프지만 마치 그 슬픔도 사랑하게 만든 노래였다.

BTS [방탄소년단] 정국 Jungkook - 2U
David Guetta 의 곡을 Justin Bieber가 피처링을 해준 노래로 2U인데 방탄소년단의 정국이 커버를 했다. 그는 영어로 된 커버 노래를 많이도 불렀다. 그중에서 오늘 선곡한 곡은 그의 보컬의 섬세함이 돋보이는 노래였다.
