아라와 함께 다녀온 이곳의 전문대학교를 방문했다.
신입생들은 학생회관에서 접수를 받는다고한다.
아라는 대학교 과정을 이곳에서 세개정도 과목을 수강하려고 왔었다.
직접 등록하고 다 마치기는 했으나 카운셀러와 대화중
에 아직 무엇을 할지 결정이 서지 않았던 아라였다. 그래서 다음날 와서 수료과목을 신청하겠다고 말하고 집으로 향했다.

Ara came here to take about three college courses.
She registered and finished, but, in conversation with the counselor,
Ara, had yet to decide what to do. So, she said that she would register for classes the next day and headed home.

Around 8 p.m. Ara says in an excited voice,
저녁 8시쯤 되었을까. 아라가 흥분된 소리로 말한다.
엄마..저 직장 구했어요. Mom... I got a job.
정말 잘됐네. 아빠한테도 알려주렴. That's great. Tell your dad, too.
직장을 구했다는 소식은 기뻤는데 아라의 전문학교 등록이 미루어질 모양이였다.
직장을 당장 다니는것이 급선무라 여기는 아라였다. 지켜봐야 알것 같지만 아마도 그녀가 야간 수업을 들어야 할지도 모르겠다.
그래도 감사한 일이다. 직장이 없어서 한동안 미안해 했던 아라의 모습을 생각해보면 참 잘된 일이다.
I was glad to hear that she had found a job, but her enrollment at a professional school will likely be delayed.
It was Aara who was in a hurry to get a job right away. It may be a matter of time, but perhaps she should take a night class.
Still, I am grateful. It's a good thing for Ara, who had been sorry for a while because she didn't have a job.
